Delegates from Lincoln University while performing Bhangra with CT University students |
Ludhiana, August 12, 2019 (Akash Sharma): Delegates from a 100-year-old Lincoln University, USA namely Dr Mike Guerra, Vice President and CAO and Uday Kumar Ghosh, President’s Advisor International Business Development interacted with students and parents at CT University campus. The session started with the introduction of CT Group and University campuses along with the lamp lightening.
While welcoming the delegates, Registrar Dr. JS Dhiman said, “It is a great honor for us to have representatives from the University. CTU and Lincoln University has already signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for having 1+1 twinning MBA programme where the student will study for a year at CTU and another at Lincoln University.”
The exclusive session was addressed by both delegates. During the session Dr Guerra elaborated about the benefits of this programme and said, “A student will have great opportunities by pursuing this program in India and well as in USA. Such dual degree courses help one seek a remarkable job and make the best of the future.” Further, Ghosh answered all queries of students related to Visa, Internship, Degree’s value and about University’s facilities etc.
Dr Harsh Sadawarti, Vice Chancellor, CT University said, “This dual degree programme will be benefitting for students. They can learn about both worlds and bring out the best of knowledge. This session was required as the students have personally asked and cleared their many queries.”
CT University Chancellor Charanjit S Channi thanked the delegates for their visit at the campus and assured them for the healthier collaboration in future.
