Mumbai, September 18, 2018 (CityNewsAre): Set in the backdrop of Mahabharat, StarPlus’ new show, KarnSangini is the untold story of Karn and his wife Uruvi. While everyone knows about the war and politics part of Mahabharat, the show will trace the journey of the tragic hero Kunti’s son Karna, Uruvi and Arjun in an absolutely new light.
After donning the role of Satyavati in Mahabharata (2013) which was aired on StarPlus, the makers have roped her in yet again to play the role of Kunti in KarnSangini. She is the only character from the previous Mahabharata who has been retained and she feels lucky enough.
While her character was centrally placed in the previous Mahabharata, this time too, she will be playing the important character of Kunti, Karna’s mother.
